Hello, Stingrays! Please read this entire email for some important information about this week.

As you know, the last day of school is Wednesday and that will be our last afternoon practice.  Thursday, we will have practice in the morning and our practice meet and team pictures that : - evening.  Practice times for Thursday morning are as follows:

• 8:00 - 8:45 - - 13 and up
• 8:45 - 9:30 - - 9 - 12
• 9:30 - 10:00 - 8 and under + returning 6 & unders
• 10 - 10:30 - New 6 and unders AND NEW 8 and unders
• 10:00 - 11:00 - NEW 6 and unders

PLEASE NOTE: NEW 8 and unders and NEW 6 and unders will have an extra 30 minutes of practice.

Team pictures will be Thursday afternoon/evening. The photographer will start taking individual pictures at 4:00 and we will take the team picture at 5:15.  All swimmers should be at the pool by 5:00.  I've also attached an order form for pictures.  They must be prepaid.

We will start the meet at 6:30 due to pictures. All other meets will start at 6:00. 

The jobs list for our practice meet is attached.  Please review and let Meg Lovejoy ([email protected] or text to 404-944-1180) if there is an issue.  Please remember that for the practice meet, we only have one shift of workers.

There will be VERY LIMITED parking in the pool lot as one of our team sponsors, Atlanta Classic Cars, is bringing some cars to display.  Unless you have been told that you have  reserved space, please do not park in the pool lot.  Parking will be available on one side of the streets in the subdivision.  You may park in the front of Jackson Elementary as long as you do not block the fire lane.  Please do not park on the side of Jackson as they will lock the gates before the meet is over. Take care to not block driveways or park in front of fire hydrants.

There will be a meeting for new parents at 6:00.  We will talk about what to expect and answer questions.  

Swimsuits are in and will be distributed at Tuesday's practice.
