Hey Stingrays! 

I just have a "few" things to touch on as our events ramp up for the next couple of days. 

1. Practice tomorrow
2. General Meet Reminders / When to arrive, etc.
3. The Incredibles 2
4. Parent Relays
5. Gwinnett County Parks and Rec State Qualifying Meet
6. Stripers Game RSVP

PRACTICE TOMORROW - Just a reminder, tomorrow's practice will be on a Thursday practice schedule, but everyone is at Steeplechase because of the tree down at Jefferson Station. 

GENERAL MEET REMINDERS

• Please arrive at the meet by 4:35 tomorrow! I plan on starting warm-ups at 4:50 so as to give us time to recognize our seniors before the meet starts.
• The lot will be full, so you will have to park on the streets!
• Goofy Relays will be at the end of the meet after the freestyle relays! Parents of 13 & ups, please remind them!
• TNO is at Steak and Shake
• Fun Friday Theme: PAJAMA DAY

• I have attached the list of people who RSVP'd for The Incredibles 2 Event on Friday. I have bought tickets for all of these people and I have 7 more available, first come first serve. Contact me if you'd like them!
• They were $11 each, so make sure you bring money with you to pay me on Friday! The showtime is open, so you can also buy any tickets that are left at AMC if not available through me. 
• We will have Fun Friday as normal, and then everyone should arrive at the movie theater by 12:20 PM to give us time for me to give out all the tickets and take a team picture etc. 

PARENT RELAYS - Tomorrow Night // Bring your suit, be changed and ready to go by the start of the 8 & under freestyle relays, we will be swimming after them. 
 
It looks like we'll be doing 25's this year! (Sorry, Ryan). Here's what I've got. I need a flyer for the C relay, or a couple more freestyle parents to convert the C relay and the then additional D relay into freestyle relays. Worst case scenario, I will coordinate with the Coaches/Alumni Relay to have one of us swim fly in that relay as well as something in ours.

GWINNETT PARKS AND REC STATE QUALIFIER MEET - Saturday, June 23rd

Each year Gwinnett County hosts a qualifying meet for the state championship at Collins Hill. I have attached the meet info. Note that cost is $4 per swimmer, and a copy of a birth certificate must be provided for each swimmer. At the end of the meet, they will take the top 3 in each event by age and take those swimmers as part of the Gwinnett state team to the state championship in July. If you (your swimmer) would like to compete in this meet, you need to send me an email with your swimmer's name and THREE events they would like to swim at the meet by Friday, June 15. 

GWINNETT STRIPERS GAME - Tuesday, June 19
If you have not yet RSVP'd for the Stripers Game on Tuesday, just a reminder that the deadline to do so is this Friday.
