Hey Stingrays!

We are halfway through the season already and headed into Week 4, can you believe it? A couple of reminders and updates heading into this week:

• PRACTICE THIS WEEK - We are now allowed back at Jefferson Station, so practice will continue as per usual. 

• COACH'S CORNER - I have attached an email that I sent out to my year round team earlier this year about ideas for how to talk to your kids before and after a race. If you find that your swimmer is getting stressed out talking to you before or after a race, this might help! And I feel like this applies for all sports and all kids. 
  
• MEET 4 // RAYS VS. EDGEWATER @ HOME
  These are the people I have down as being out for this week's meet, and therefore will NOT be seeded:
  
  Isabella Tosaki, Jake Eaton, Davis Eaton, Ashley Holland, Ali Sims, Grant Weissman, Nicholas Kruegler, Tyler Schroeder, Gideon Reese, Joshua McDonald, Hunter McDonald
  
  If your swimmer's name is listed above and should not be or if your swimmer will be absent at this week's meet and his/her name is not listed above, please email me by Tomorrow, 6/18 at noon. The meet will be seeded and unchangeable after that deadline.

• FUN FRIDAY (This Friday, June 22) - Our Fun Friday theme this week will be Twin Day! Pick a friend and try to match!

• THIS WEEK'S T.N.O. - This Thursday, our "Teen Night Out" is at Waffle House on Old Peachtree off exit 109.

• TEEN TUBING REMINDER (Teens ONLY) - Tuesday, June 26

• GWINNETT STRIPERS GAME - Tuesday, June 19
  We will meet outside the gate by 6:45 PM and then head inside to grab our seats.
