We needed to change some of the job assignments for this week's meet.  Please review the attached sheet and let Meg know immediately if we need to make further adjustments.  

Richland starts setting up for their meets at 4:30 and welcome us to set up after that time.  You should set up on the side of the pool closest to the clubhouse.  Our bullpen will be in the grassy area by the playground. Bug spray and tents are recommended. Please  park in the Large Parking Lot off Quinton Place. There is a bridge through the woods from the lower lot off Quinton that parents should use to come to the pool (its shorter than walking along Quinton Place). Please note do not park in the spaces reserved for the tennis match. Or you can park on one side of the street on Laurel Lake Drive as marked. There is no parking on Quinton Place or Taylor Road. For concessions, they will have hamburgers, pizza, hotdogs, candy, chips, water and drinks.

Please note -  Swimmers are not allowed in the Mushroom Pool. This is reserved for Richland residents only during meets.  Please tell your swimmers this so that we don't have an issue Thursday.

Directions to Richland from Steeple Chase - turn left on Sever and then left on Tab Roberts.  Turn left on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd.  Turn right on Taylor Rd.  At the stop sign, turn right on Quinton Place.  The large parking lot is past the clubhouse on the right.
