Hey Stingrays! 

I have attached both the Individual County Entries and the most updated County Relay entries I have. I had to make a few changes to some relays today (13/14 girls), so please review. I will call those that got pulled in tomorrow. 

Remember, this entry report I've attached is supposed to have everyone that is in the Top 100 in the events they made the Top 100 for (up to 3 events). For those that are places 51-100, I will get the final Top 50 that will tell us if your child will swim at County on Sunday night. 

Here's what I need you to do: 

1. CHECK YOUR CHILD'S INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES - Make sure that I have seeded your child in the events they made the Top 100 for. If your child made it in more than 3, I took the three highest-ranking events unless I was told otherwise. If there are any changes or any discrepancies, let me know by tomorrow. 

2. IF YOU CANNOT GO TO COUNTY, MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD'S NAME IS ON NONE OF THESE REPORTS - If you told me you cannot make it to county, just double check that I took your child off the individual reports and out of relays. 

3. CHECK RELAYS FOR YOUR CHILD'S NAME - Just in case, check the relays that way there are no surprises. 

4. COUNTY APPAREL - If you would like to order any county apparel (t-shirts, hoodies), please contact Carrie King by emailing her at [email protected] by Thursday, July 5. 

You as parents are my best way to ensure these entries are correct. My eyes have looked over these a lot, so please look over these to ensure I've made no mistakes.
