Hey Stingrays! 

Of course, just as I send out one email I get the warm-up schedule for county! I have attached the pdf of the lanes and times for your eyes to check mine, but here it is in short. 

• I ask that everyone get there at least 15 minutes prior to warm-up time so that we can get everyone situated and get a team picture on deck before we get in the water. 
• Allow time for traffic. Getting off the exit to get to Tech can get pretty backed up morning-of. Better early than late! 
• If we have a later warm-up session, know that there are 1 or 2 warm-up sessions ahead of us, meaning all those parents will already be parking and taking up spots. Just keep that in mind.
• I plan to be on deck by 7:00 both mornings, so you should be able to look for me. The deck gets crazy and full very quickly, so if you have little ones please make sure they make it to me or our team areas before you leave them! It can be overwhelming for them seeing so many people everywhere and not knowing where to go. Make sure they know that there are adults all around the pool deck with badges (coaches, officials, and volunteers alike) ready to help them if they don't know where to go at any point. 
• BE FLEXIBLE AND CALM -- everyone in that natatorium just wants the kids to be able to swim and have fun. Additionally, every volunteer / parking monitor / official is just doing their job to get the meet to run smoothly. I don't foresee any issues, but it never hurts to remember that!
