Hello and welcome back to Summer Swim!  It’s almost time to kickoff registration so I wanted to share some important information with you.  Please read this email in its entirety - if you have questions afterwards, feel free to let me know. 

1.  I’m happy to announce that Coach Danielle and Asst. Coach Alex are returning this year.

2.  Registration forms will all be online this year. You will have to acknowledge the liability form and concussion forms online. 

3.  Due to rising league fees, registration fees will go up $10 this year.  If you live in Steeple Chase or Jefferson Station, the fee for 2019 is $115. If you live outside these neighborhoods, the fee is $145.  We will still offer a discount to families with multiple swimmers.

4. We will keep the same swim suit style/design this year. SwimAtlanta will be at registration on March 23rd if your swimmer needs to try suits on. This decision was based on the results of our informal Facebook poll and the fact that we had to raise registration fees. 

5.  Everything can be paid  online except the volunteer deposit.  If you choose to pay online, there is a fee associated with doing so.  You will have the option to register, buy suits, and/or spirit wear, and pay by check.  This way, there are no extra fees.  You can drop your check by on March 23 or mail it. The address will be provided on the registration page. 

6. Registration will open later this week. I am waiting on links for swimsuits and spirit wear so you can see everything at one time.

7.  We need more swimmers!  Please tell your friends to come join the fun.

8.  We need more volunteers trained as stroke and turn judges.  Please let me know if you are interested and I can send training dates to you.
