One week until practice starts! I hope you and your swimmers are excited about the upcoming season.  I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of a few upcoming deadlines. I will be out of town next week and will have very limited access to email so if you have any questions, please email me as soon as possible.  

1.  If you want to order spirit wear, the last day to order is Monday, May 13.  Please get orders and payments to Carrie King by that Monday.  You can email Carrie at [email protected] to arrange dropping it off. 

2. Swim Team Ads...Would you like to advertise your business and at the same time support the swim team? E-mail Kerry Kruegler at [email protected] to get details. The deadline to submit ad information and payment to Kerry is Wednesday, May 15th. Feel free to pass on this opportunity to friends and family.

3. If you have not paid, given us your volunteer check, or given us your vacation form,, please do so ASAP.  I've attached a vacation form to this email.  Checks should be payable to SSST and mailed or delivered to Maryam Jordan, 1899 Whitehawk Court, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Vacation forms should be emailed to Meg Lovejoy at [email protected].

4. The practice schedule is on the team website under "Team Handbook".  All practices for the first two weeks will be at Steeple Chase.
