We've started our second week of practice and our practice meet is this Thursday.  I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of the following:

1.  If you have not paid your registration fees or volunteer deposit yet, they are past due.  Please get these to Maryam Jordan at 1899 Whitehawk Court, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 as soon as possible.  Any swimmer with unpaid fees will not be allowed to participate in meets.

2. Vacation forms are needed as well (form attached).  Please email those to Meg at [email protected].

3. We need your concession donations.  Please drop them off in the pool shed.  Make sure to mark your name off the list that is taped to the back of the door. Also, for meets, please try to bring small bills or change to use for your purchases.

4. It is very important that swimmers stay out of the pool unless it is their time to practice.  The coaches cannot watch kids playing in the pool and give instruction to the group that is there to practice.  Parents - please help with this.

5. Sorry to have to mention this one but please instruct your children about the necessity of keeping the bathrooms clean, flushing, and not flushing anything but toilet paper.  We want to be able to use the bathrooms at both subdivisions but don't want to hire bathroom monitors.  

6. There will another email sent about jobs for the practice meet this week. Remember - this meet and this meet only, starts at 6:30.

7. We could use a couple more Stroke and Turn judges.  The last online training is Thursday night from 7 - 9:30pm. I know this is the same night as our practice meet but wanted to make sure you knew it was available.  You can access the training at https://www.gotomeet.me/EricPingel. There is also an in person training this Saturday, May 25 from 9am - 11am at Cannon UMC, 2424 Webb Gin House Rd, Snellville.
