I apologize up front for the length of this email but have a lot of information to share.

This week's meet is a home meet against the Richland Waves.  Please continue to do an awesome job of making teams feel welcome at our pool  Jobs for this meet are attached. You should see that we need some people to stay and help with clean up.  Please let Meg or me know if you can help out.  

We had a bit of an issue with parking last week.  Please remember that parking in the pool lot is limited so you will need to park on the street.  Parking is only allowed on one side of the street - please follow this even if you are past where signs are put up.  Also, if you choose to park at Jackson, use extreme caution when crossing Sever Road, especially after dark.  Use flashlights or reflective clothing to let drivers (who may be speeding) know you are there. 

If you ordered pictures, they will be at the meet Thursday night.  Please see Carrie King to get yours. 

We will be collecting snacks for Village of Hope again this week.  Please bring individually wrapped snacks (chips, crackers, goldfish, etc.) for their lunch program.  They are trying to feed lunch to over 600 kids who otherwise would do without.  Last year, several of us went to help pack lunches one evening.  If there is interest in doing this again, please let me know and we will get it organized. 

Also attached to this email is a letter from the GCSL president about a rule change that affects the entire league.  This will help address the reason we had to move our meet last week, for which, again, I cannot thank all of you enough for your great team spirit and cooperation.  The impact of this rule on us will be minimal and our other two away meets should not be affected.  If you have questions about it, let me know but I think Bill does a good job of explaining everything.
