WELCOME TO REGISTRATION 2023!!

It’s that time y’all!!

First, so sorry for the delay! We have been making some changes and we needed time to set up the system as well as make sure that all the kinks are worked out before we opened up registration OFFICIALLY!! The link has been open for a few days, so thank you for those that have registered and messaged me with any issues they had during the process.

You can register HERE!

• 1.There is no volunteer deposit check. Instead, your card you use to register will be saved within the secure Swimtopia system. I do not see it or have any access to it. It will give us the approval to charge it up to $250 at the end of the season IF you do not fulfill the volunteer requirement of 6 shifts. This is in line with what many teams around us have done for several years.
• 2.You CAN opt out of volunteering for the season. You would simply pay the $250 up front. Note: your receipt will also show that $250 at the end of season allowance. Please just email me and I will strike that from the system up front.
• 3.You will need to sign up for your volunteer slots each Sunday prior to the meet. You will also need to declare your swimmers availability for the meet. This will help us to avoid all the crazy relay switching and not having swimmers in proper events prior to the meet.
• 4.We will be adding a volunteer role of Fun Friday cleanup. So if you are not able to help Thursday nights, this may be a good role for you!
• 5.We are working on a new photographer- so details on our usual picture day will come soon.
• 6.Mandatory New Parent meeting will be held on either May 7^th or 14^th at 630 pm. We will send that info out as soon as possible. If you register as a new parent, and do not attend a new parent meeting, we reserve the right to reject your registration.
• 7.For new swimmers that are not swimming 25 yards yet, if they are unable to complete the swim 25 yards with minimal assistance by the week before our first official meet we will not be able to have them on team this season. This is for the safety of all the swimmers and the new swimmer. In this case, you will be refunded ½ of our registration as we still have to pay our coaches AND the league. However, there will be a lot of availability for extra lessons and clinics the few weeks before that you can take advantage of for a reasonable price. These clinics and classes will be offered by our Jr. Coaches and Coaches. More info to come!

We do realize that this is a major change, but we hope this will help the meets run smoother and for everyone to be involved!

Meet Dates are 5/25, 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22, Last Chance 6/26. County meet is July 7-9^th. We also will have a practice meet TBD.

The council corrected the start of the season to May 8^th

Finally, we have new spirit wear this season! I will send out that link in the next week or so.
